Is full tuition due during months that have week-long breaks (such as December).

The full tuition amount will be due each month that school is in session. While we do charge a flat rate for the monthly tuition, each month has a varying degree of weeks of attendance, due to the way the calendar falls. If you take away the first week of September and the Christmas Vacation, we are in session for 36 weeks, which divides evenly into our 9 months of tuition payments.

Tuition will be due in full on the first day of each month (September through May) even if your child is out for an extended period for a vacation.

When is the first day of school?

Our school-year calendar is released on August 1 of each school year.

For planning purposes, we traditionally begin the school year with mini-session (orientation) for students and parents on the Thursday and Friday of Labor Day week. The first days of school will be the Monday and Tuesday after Labor Day week.

Can I drop off my child late or pick up my child early?

Arrival time is 8:45-9:15. Dismissal time is at 11:15 for morning classes and 2:00 for afternoon extension classes.

We encourage you to have your child to school by 9:00, in order to take advantage of the activities during that time. If you are running late due to an appointment or schedule conflict, please send your classroom teacher a message through the BAND app.

Dismissal will begin promptly at 11:15/2:00. The length of dismissal time will vary by day due to class sizes. Please arrive no later than 11:20/2:05 to pick up your child. If you would like to pick your child up early for an appointment or other event, please communicate that through the BAND app so that your teacher can have your child ready to leave when you arrive.
